Advertising Policy

Find Schedule accepts advertising to facilitate ongoing operations.

All ads are subject to approval by Find Schedule. Find Schedule reserves the right to reject or cancel any Advertising at any time for any reason or without reason.

Find Schedule acceptance of any Advertising is not considered in any case as an endorsement of any advertised product or service or for the company that manufactures, distributes, or promotes the product or service.

Advertisers have no control or influence over site content or user search results on the Find Schedule website. Search results are based solely on functionality available through our search software and criteria defined by the user.

Advertising is independent of content. Find Schedule will not display any Advertising that is not clearly labeled.

Ad copy must be objective and tasteful.

Advertised products must comply with appropriate regulations and guidelines. Ads for pharmaceutical products that are subject to supervision by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

An advertiser may not link to a page that prevents a user from easily returning to the Find Schedule website.

Find Schedule will not allow ads for the following products or services at any time. These categories include, among others, the following:

• Pornography
• Tobacco
• Alcohol
• Gambling
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or fireworks
• Illegal or objectionable products
• Fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, misleading, or offensive material that discriminates, ridicules, or attacks an individual or group based on age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, material status, or disability
• Unreasonable, improbable, or extraordinary product or service claims
• Ads that flash or flicker
• Ads containing spyware or adware
• Ads containing unsubstantiated “miracle” cures
• Ads that mimic computer functions that would be reasonable for the average user as a reason to click on the ad

Advertising that may harm Find Schedule’s good reputation will not be allowed on the Find Schedule website.

All advertisements are accepted and published by Find Schedule with the guarantee of the Agency and the Advertiser that both are authorized to publish all the content and subject matter of the Advertising.

Find Schedule will not be responsible for any failure to publish any Advertisement; however, Find Schedule will make every effort to place such Advertisements in the available space thereafter.

Find Schedule is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages from any errors in displaying any Advertisement.
