The following terms of the cookie policy (“Cookie Policy”) are agreed upon by and between Find Schedule with offices at Office C9 – Plaza Paraíso. cp 77710. Mexico, the same entity that manages and operates Find-schedule.com (including subdomains), and our partners (trusted companies that use cookies or similar technologies for commercial, advertising, or research purposes of our services) (the “Site” or “we” or “our”) and the user/client (“User” or “you” or “your”) of the Site. This Cookie Policy will take effect when the User accesses the Site to use an Online Marketplace to make bus ticket reservations. By accessing the Site, providing information to Find Schedule through the Site, and/or registering to book/reserve through the Site, Users expressly authorize Find Schedule and its affiliates to use and/or share the Objective Data with their authorized service providers and other applicable third parties as described in the Cookie Policy. If the User does not agree to be bound by the terms of this Cookie Policy, as set forth below, the User may not access the Site:

1. Scope of Application:
   1. The Site may use (i) a tracking pixel (such as a smart pixel) placed on certain page(s) of the Site to collect relevant information from the Site and to insert a cookie in the browser of one or more Users (the “Cookie”), (ii) the flow of data from the browser of one or more Users to the Site, or (iii) other non-identifiable/non-personal information from the End User (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Objective Data”). Such Objective Data may include, among other things, (only non-identifiable information of the end user is collected by the Site, therefore, it is not regulated by Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015), IP address, date, and time of visit to the Site, and the goods viewed or placed in the User’s e-commerce shopping cart (if applicable). Find Schedule agrees that the Objective Data will only be disclosed by Find Schedule for (i) the execution of the Services by the Site (if Find Schedule deems it appropriate); (ii) any other commercial purpose of Find Schedule; and (iii) for the sole purpose of data analysis, which will be carried out by such third parties on behalf and representation of Find Schedule and upon receiving express instruction from Rebus in this regard, provided that for these subsections (ii) and (iii) the Objective Data is used and disclosed by Find Schedule only on an aggregated basis (if the Site deems it appropriate). For the purposes of this Clause, “Aggregated” shall be understood as a way in which the Objective Data (defined below) is combined with data from other campaigns of other advertisers, and its identification is prevented, either directly or indirectly.
2. Amendment/Modification: Find Schedule reserves the right to modify this Cookie Policy at any time, with or without new notice, by uploading the modified Cookie Policy to the Site, and it shall be the End User’s obligation to stay informed of the modifications implemented in the Site’s Cookie Policy.

Limitation of Liability: Find Schedule SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE COOKIE POLICY, THE SITE, TRANSACTION PROCESSING, THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR TRANSACTION PROCESSING, OR ARISING FROM ANY PASSENGER RESERVATION PURCHASED OR OBTAINED, OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SITE, WHICH EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE END USER’S LAST TRANSACTION MADE THROUGH THE SITE.
4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This Cookie Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colombia. The courts or competent authorities of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Cookie Policy.
5. General Provisions:
   1. The Parties acknowledge and agree that, for the purposes of this Cookie Policy, electronic format shall be considered an acceptable means of communication.
   2. This Cookie Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter of the ‘Cookie Rules applicable to the Site’ and shall supersede and replace any other understanding, commitment, statement, or agreement, whether written or oral, between the Parties of this Cookie Policy.
   3. If any provision of this Cookie Policy is found invalid or unenforceable by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this Cookie Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.
   4. In no event shall a delay, failure, or omission (in whole or in part) to enforce, exercise, or defend any right, power, privilege, claim, or remedy conferred by or arising out of this Cookie Policy, or by law, be deemed to constitute or be construed as a waiver of that or any other right, so as to prohibit the enforceability of that or any other right, power, privilege, claim, or remedy, in any other instance, at any subsequent time.
