The easiest way to book a ticket is on Burlington Trailways’ website. Simply follow the next steps:

1. Enter your departure and arrival cities
2. Select the date you want to travel and the number of passengers.
3. Choose the depart schedule and fare.
4. Review your travel details and pay.
5. You will get a confirmation e-mail with your ticket.

You can choose your seat and add any extras, such as a checked bag or a reservation at a restaurant near your destination.

Burlington Trailways Discounts and Promotions

Burlington Trailways offers a variety of fares to cater to various traveler needs:

• Standard: Is the most basic and offer the best value, available to all passengers, regardless of age or status.
• Half-Fare Program: Elegible passengers are Seniors 65 years of age and older, people with Disability Benefits and Medicare Cardholders.
• Multiple-ride/daily rider fares: You can save up to 50% on your fares when you purchase a book of 10 or more tickets.
• Children’s fares: Children ages 2 to 16 may be eligible for reduced fares on Burlington Trailways.
• Student’s fares: A 15% discount off the regular adult fare is available for students on select routes with valid ID.
• Fares for military: All active duty and retired members, including their spouses, of the Navy, Army, Air Force, Marine Corps and coast guard are elegible for a 15% discount.
• Senior Fares: Up to 10% discount off on the regular fare.

Cancellation and Ticket Change Policies

Non-refundable tickets can be changed by paying a $20 reissue fee. However, ticket changes are only allowed for travel between the cities on the original ticket (either outbound or return). If the price of the new ticket is higher, the difference must be covered. There will be no refunds or reduction in fare if the price of the new ticket is lower than the original.

Refundable tickets can be changed without a reissue fee. These tickets can also be for different origin and destination points. Additionally, a 100% refund can be requested if the tickets are not used.

Reissues and refunds must be requested at least one day before the agreed departure date.

Burlington Trailways will only handle tickets purchased directly from the company. For cancellations and refunds for tickets purchased through a third party such as Wanderu, Greyhound, etc., the cancellation and refund policy of those companies will apply.
